A measurement looks different from another device. What should I do?+
Sensor readings can vary by device model, environment and calibration. Remove the case if it covers a sensor, allow the required permissions and try again under stable conditions.
Why does a feature request camera, microphone or location access?+
Permissions are requested only when they are needed for the selected feature—for example the camera for QR scanning and heart-rate estimation, the microphone for sound level, and location for altitude and weather.
Is the heart-rate result a medical measurement?+
No. It is an informational estimate and is not a medical device. Do not use it for diagnosis or treatment. Seek professional medical advice if you have health concerns.
How can I report a problem?+
Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and a short description. A screenshot is helpful when available.
